Rob Shoss

Mr. Shoss is a founding Member (1992) of Performance Enhancement Group, Ltd. (PEG), an organizational development consulting firm specializing in helping companies measure what is often considered un-measurable. PEG works with companies and alumni organizations of all sizes and in all industries, measuring and analyzing areas such as: customer satisfaction, employees’ perceptions of organizational support, and the individual characteristics that are most required to fill a specific job or round out a given team. The Alumni Attitude Study has conducted studies on behalf of over 200 colleges and universities. Mr. Shoss has been directly involved in each of those studies.
Lynne Greene

Mr. Green is a Human Resources and Organizational Development consultant with expertise in developing and facilitating a wide range of business development processes aimed at increasing individual, team, and organizational performance. As a founding member of PEG, Ltd., Mr. Greene co-developed a technology and methodology for organizational self-assessment aimed at identifying relative strengths and weaknesses of infrastructure systems. He has fifteen years of experience as a Data Processing Professional.
Alexandra Lamb
Executive Director of Operations

Ms. Lamb serves as the project manager and main point of contact for attitudinal research studies with advancement departments of colleges and universities throughout the United States and Canada. She is experienced in all phases of surveying, such as instrument design, distribution, analysis, presentation, and implementation. She provides guidance to clients for respondent selection, question design, branding of the survey instrument, and drafting relevant communications. Prior to PEG, Ltd., Ms. Lamb obtained experience in higher education administration by working on campus at Lone Star College. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from Sam Houston State University.
Jonathan Gaines
Director of Research and Analytics
Mr. Gaines has significant experience in research and analysis gained while earning a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics at the University of Houston. Mr. Gaines utilizes his extensive expertise in SPSS and database programming to produce both qualitative and quantatitive analysis, visual presentations, and identify the underlying drivers and motivators of alumni engagement.
Kayla Brown
Sales and Marketing Manager
Ms. Brown works as the Director of Client Services with the design of alumni surveys, distribution process, and analysis and reporting. As a member of the project management team she uses her skillfulness in research projects to keep the project organized and running smoothly. She has experience assisting with large scale research projects, data collecting, coding, and developing research papers for publication. Her research background includes studying political participation and behavior, public opinion, competitive elections and media and politics. The results of some of her findings have been featured by the London School of Economics and published into the book, “The Internet and the 2016 Presidential Campaign” published by Rowman & Littlefield. Ms. Brown received her Bachelors of Science in Political Science from Sam Houston State University, with a minor in Philosophy.
Avery Woodlief

Mr. Woodlief is a student at Texas A&M University who started working for Alumni Attitude Study as a Data Entry Specialist who performed research about the market including university administration and alumni associations. He managed his main duties in Salesforce. His current responsibilities lie within managing the company website and assisting with projects. As a student his degree plan is a Bachelors of Science in Statistics and he plans to pursue a career in artificial intelligence.
